NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established social and health care provider in Thornton Heath and is looking for a CQC registered manager to join the management of a small, mental health care home.

This is a permanent role that comes with benefits and long-term stable career opportunity. The home has been rated Good by CQC.

Responsibilities

As a CQC Registered Manager you will hold legal and operational responsibility for the quality, safety, and compliance of the service. In short, you will be accountable for how the home is run day-to-day and whether it meets CQC standards.

The CQC Registered Manager role in a small mental health care home (9-13 beds) offers the opportunity to make a real, hands-on difference in resident's recovery through personalised, high-quality care.
