Cover Supervisors

Are you a reliable and enthusiastic professional looking to make a positive impact in schools and colleges? We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors across Lewisham and Greenwich to support students and staff in both day-to-day and long-term roles.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during planned or unplanned staff absences.
• Ensure a safe, calm, and productive learning environment for all students.
• Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and support students in completing tasks.
• Manage behaviour and maintain high standards of conduct within the classroom.
• Provide additional support to students with SEND or pastoral needs where required.

Requirements:

• Experience working in schools, either as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a school team.
• Flexibility and reliability to cover a variety of day-to-day or longer-term assignments.
