ACSC is a popular and thriving school that sits at the heart of the community, enjoying an excellent reputation locally and across Lancashire. The Governors of ACSC are wishing to appoint a permanent cover supervisor. We require a hardworking, reliable and motivated candidate who has a genuine desire to work in a busy school with the ability to multi task.

We are looking for a cover supervisor with experience of working with children along with excellent interpersonal skills, high expectations of student's achievement and behaviour and the ability to follow clear instructions for pre prepared tasks whist using their own initiative. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and dynamic as this is a highly varied role. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this post.

The post is part time, 32.5 hours a week, 38 weeks and 2 days per year.

The successful candidate will have to have a flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the school. The start and finish time are 8am - 3pm with a 30 minute lunch.

ACSC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful applicant will be required to provide a disclosure from Disclosure Barring Service before any appointment is confirmed. On line checks will be carried out on short listed candidates.
