Cover Supervisor - Birmingham / Solihull. Aspire People are looking to recruit talented and enthusiastic non qualified teachers to work within Secondary schools throughout the Birmingham and Solihull area.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must be a calm and resourceful graduate who has experience working in a school, and has superb oral and written skills. You should have the capability to thrive in adverse situations and prove your passion for education.

Responsibilities

• As a Cover Supervisor you will be a member of non-teaching staff who is responsible for whole classes of students across the secondary school curriculum.
• Supervise work set by a member of the teaching staff and manage classroom behaviour at all times.
