What You'll Do:

• Seamlessly lead pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Confidently manage behaviour and keep students focused and motivated
• Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Support students using your existing experience and strategies
• Work closely with teaching staff and SLT to ensure continuity in learning
