• Experience working within a primary school setting Confident covering whole-class lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Able to deliver pre-planned work and adapt where necessary Supports pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and EAL Flexible and available for adhoc supply and/or committed to long-term roles Communicates effectively with staff and pupils Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
