Are you looking for flexible work in secondary schools in the Sevenoaks area?

We are currently working closely with several well-regarded secondary schools in Sevenoaks who require confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and short-term absences.

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced classroom support staff, or individuals with strong leadership skills looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

The Role:

• Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects (KS3 & KS4)
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
• Providing clear instructions and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson

No planning or marking required for daily supply assignments.

What We're Looking For:

• Confident communicator with strong presence in the classroom
• Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, tutoring etc.)
• Calm, professional and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
