The Role:

• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with clear progression routes
• Competitive daily rate of £100-£120
• Delivering and covering lessons across the GCSE and Functional Skills curriculum
• Providing consistent structure and boundaries to learners with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Working within a dynamic specialist provision that prioritises both academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively
• Understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed approaches
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential
