Cover Supervisor - Wellingborough

Justteachers is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Wellingborough. This full-time role starts September 2026 and runs until April 2027. You will supervise lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain on task with their work.

• Supervise classes using pre-prepared lesson plans
• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support pupils in completing set work
• Provide feedback to teaching staff

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
• Two references within the last two years from a related field
