As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring learning continues smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence and deliver pre-set work
• Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students in staying focused and engaged
• Report any issues to relevant staff
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school or similar environment is preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence leading groups independently
• Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups
• A calm and professional approach
