Cover Supervisor - Nuneaton

About the role

Justteachers Supply Agency are currently recruiting for a full time Cover Supervisor to join one of our partner secondary schools based in the Nuneaton area. This is a long term opportunity with the possibility of a permanent position for the successful candidate.

The school has a strong reputation within the local community and continues to achieve positive academic outcomes across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre prepared lessons left by the classroom teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Take the register and ensure all students are accounted for
• Provide assistance to students where needed to help them stay on task
• Report any issues or feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

Pre requisites

• Degree qualified (related to education) OR UK experience working in an education setting
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
