About The Role

Hours: Zero hours; no minimum guaranteed. Flexible, ad hoc shifts based on business needs.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Teesside and surrounding areas. Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to own transport.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high standard cleaning services across client sites.
• Follow the cleaning specification and use provided equipment.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer care across varied shift hours.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the area.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and customer communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (evidence required at interview).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to work flexible, zero hour contracts.
