Cover Cleaner

About the Role

Zero hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate: £13.45

Location: Larne, Northern Ireland BT40 1JE

What you'll be doing

• Dedicate your time on site to deliver a high standard of cleaning and meet the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Undergo induction and training within your first week of work to learn the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide excellent customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and follow safety procedures.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Have an attitude to thrive and a positive, friendly approach.
• Be local to the area.
• Possess physical stamina to carry out the role's duties.
• Have a basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with the public and management.
• Exhibit good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Hold a right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, zero hours schedule.
• Prior experience with cleaning is welcome but not required; we will fully train suitable candidates.
