Position Overview

Court of Protection Lawyer, 1+ PQE, Cambridgeshire. Salary £45,000 to £55,000 plus extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Take on a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters for clients with serious injuries from personal injury and clinical negligence, and support the private client team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer.
• Demonstrated sensitivity, empathy, proactive and flexible approach with willingness to learn and develop.
