The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a growing team and continue to develop your career. The team acts for clients who have obtained serious injuries as a result of personal injury and clinical negligence or client associated with the firm's thriving private client team.

Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of clients with serious injuries from personal injury and clinical negligence.
• Handle a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters.
• Work collaboratively within a close knit team.
• Support the firm's private client team where relevant.

The Candidate

• At least 1 year PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer.
• Sensitive, empathic, and flexible.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Team player keen to work with like minded individuals.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of matters.
