Court of Protection Senior Associate: Deputyships

Penningtons Manches LLP in the UK is seeking a qualified solicitor with 5-8 years PQE in Court of Protection to strengthen our COP Team. The role focuses on managing high-value Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts for brain-injured clients and vulnerable individuals.

You will work with senior team members, draft Court of Protection applications, prepare reports, liaise with families and Case Managers, and mentor junior staff while helping shape team policies.
