Court of Protection Paralegal - Competitive salary - Full or Part time

I'm working with a well-regarded law firm in Kent that's looking to bring in an experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal to join their established Court of Protection team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in Private Client or Court of Protection work who's looking for a role with real client involvement and responsibility.

You'll be part of a respected Court of Protection team, supporting on a range of matters and taking an active role in client care.

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
• Managing client care from initial instruction through to file closure
• Handling the financial aspects of matters
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and firm information
• Supporting the wider team with duties as required

There may also be occasional client visits, so some travel will be involved.

• An experienced Legal Executive or Paralegal
• Background in Private Client or Court of Protection work
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Someone empathetic, patient, and client-focused
• Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
• IT proficient, including MS Office and audio typing
• A driver with access to a car
