About the Role

As a County Lead of Kent, you will play a key role in establishing a County St John Council to oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks. Your aim will be to create a structured and supportive framework that empowers volunteers to operate more effectively and efficiently. You will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure that volunteer efforts align with community needs and priorities, while avoiding duplication of services.

St John has embarked on a journey to ensure that every community and young person across the country is confident in first aid.

We Are Looking For

A leader passionate about local volunteering and helping communities, capable of inspiring and supporting volunteers across your county. The role will also involve interacting with relevant Communities of Practice to share learning, advice, and best practices.
