County Operations Lead (Derbyshire)

• Establish the County St John Council to oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks.
• Create a structured framework that empowers volunteers and ensures alignment with community needs while preventing duplication of services.
• Coordinate with relevant Communities of Practice to share learning, advice, and best practice.
• Lead and inspire volunteers across the county.
