Position SummaryThe Country Manager will lead and oversee the company's sales operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, while guarding profitability. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales, exceptional management skills, and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture. The team in London is currently 35 people but we are looking to grow.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Oversee the sales team, providing coaching, support, and direction to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Forecast sales trends and report on financial performance to the executive team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement.
- Implement performance management systems to track progress and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting sales operations.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (2-5 years)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
In this role you will report to the Group CEO.
