I'm working with a high-growth European AdTech business hiring a UK Country Manager to lead and scale their presence in the market.

They operate across media, data and creative, delivering cross-channel campaigns for major brands and agencies. The platform is established, revenue is already flowing, and the UK is now a key focus.

The role

This is a genuine build role. You'll take full ownership of the UK, driving revenue, shaping the strategy and building a team over time.

You'll be expected to lead from the front. Opening doors, winning business and putting the right foundations in place.

What you'll be doing

• Drive revenue across agency groups and direct clients
• Build and deepen senior relationships across the UK market
• Own and execute the commercial strategy
• Lead negotiations and close meaningful partnerships
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and delivery against targets
• Hire and lead the UK team as growth accelerates

What they're looking for

• Strong background in AdTech, programmatic or digital media
• Proven track record winning and growing agency business
• Deep understanding of the UK media landscape
• Consistent revenue delivery at a senior level
• Comfortable in a build phase with high ownership
