We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in Heckington for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis. Role

• 20% Counterbalance FLT duties
• 80% Production line and warehouse duties

Daily responsibilities include

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse.
• Bulking off nuts into 1 tonne bulk bags and 25kg sacks.
• Supporting the production line with general manufacturing duties.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality and food safety.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Compensation and Hours

• Hourly Rate: £12.99 per hour
• £16.23 per hour after 48 hours
• Up to £800+ per week
• 28 days annual leave pro rata

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Up to 12 hour shifts
• hours a week depending on demand

Experience & Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (In house not accepted)
• Be reliable, committed and looking for long term employment.
• Be physically fit due to the manual handling involved.
• Be comfortable working within a fast paced food production environment.
• Have excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Have no allergies to peanuts or tree nuts.
