Weare looking for ambitious and motivated candidateswith excellent people management skillswho will be responsible for leading teams of up to45 people to deliver stocktakes for our retail customers.

Asa Count Manager for RGIS, you will share our passionfor delivering outstanding service to ourcustomers and ensuring the accuracy andintegrity of the data we deliver to them.

Ourdedicated Count Manager training program will giveyou all the knowledge you need to operatethe RGIS systems and will empoweryou to manage our teams of fantastic people to achieve thesegoals. As you develop in the role, this position could also leadto opportunities to support training and recruitment activitieswithin the district.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• A flexible approach to working including the ability to workshifts at a variety of times and locations
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal withinternal and external stakeholders including senior managers
• £12.90 Starting Rate during initial training, with further payincrease on completion of training program
• Paid Annual Leave of up to 28 days per year
• Paid driving time and generous mileage payments for using own vehicle
