Dueto continued strong business growth, RGIS is excitedto be recruiting additional CountManagers in the Morden, Croydon and Streatham areas.

Weare looking for ambitious and motivated candidateswith excellent people management skillswho will be responsible for leading teams of up to45 people to deliver stocktakes for ourretail customers.

Asa Count Manager for RGIS, you will share our passionfor delivering outstanding serviceto our customers and ensuring theaccuracy and integrity of the data wedeliver to them.

Ourdedicated Count Manager training program will giveyou all the knowledge you need tooperate the RGIS systems andwill empoweryou to manage our teams of fantastic people to achieve thesegoals.

Dueto the nature of retail stocktaking, this role primarilyoperates Sunday to Thursday and involves early morning, lateevening and night shifts. Flexibility is essential and schedulesare released three weeks in advance, providing you withvisibility and planning.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
• A flexible approach to working including the ability to work shifts at a variety of times and locations
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal withinternal and external stakeholders including senior managers
• £13.40 Starting Rate during initial training, with further payincrease on completion of training program
• Paid Annual Leave of up to 28 days per year
• Paid driving time and generous mileage payments for using own vehicle
