With 10 years of experience in mental health and an academic background in Psychology I'm a scientist-practitioner providing individual and group coaching for adults. I use evidence-based tools to support you in your personal and professional development. I prioritise clients' individual needs, and professional ethics. I use techniques whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven. This might be for you if you value a science-backed, relational, and human-centred approach.
