Freemans Event Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our Costa Coffee crew at Blenheim Palace during the Christmas Lights Festival. You'll be part of a dynamic events team, serving delicious coffee and providing excellent customer service throughout the festivities.

This is a flexible, casual position-perfect for people who enjoy working in a buzzing atmosphere and are looking for adaptable work opportunities.

Shifts available across November, December, and January, with pay ranging from £12.50 to £14 per hour based on experience.

Job requirements

• Have some barista or hospitality experience (not required-full training provided!)
• Bring a positive attitude and love delivering great service
• Are team players who can handle busy environments
• Dependable and flexible availability for evenings and weekends is a must

Job responsibilities

• Preparing and serving Costa's full selection of drinks to a high standard
• Offering friendly, efficient service-even during busy periods
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines
• Assisting with setup and pack-down of the coffee station before and after events
