Cost Manager - Birmingham AI Driven Insights & Career Growth

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Birmingham is seeking a Cost Manager to join our expanding Midlands team. You'll deliver cost plans, tender documentation, and budgets across a varied project portfolio, reporting to the Midlands Regional Cost Management Lead.

You will work with project managers, designers and building consultants, using AI-enhanced tools to support reporting and data-led insights while developing your MRICS qualification and progressing toward senior roles.
