Cosmetic Refurbishment Lead Drive Quality & Growth

BCA is seeking a Cosmetic Refurbishment Manager to lead all cosmetic refurbishment operations across SMART Repair and Wheel Refurbishment. You will drive quality, safety and efficiency while managing Team Leaders and a skilled workforce.

This is a leadership role focused on cost control, performance, and continuous improvement within the UK sites. You'll oversee staffing, training, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality vehicle preparation and compliance.
