Corporation Tax Specialist

Corporate Tax Specialist - Investment Management - Contract - Circa £400 per day

London/Hybrid

We are currently partnering with a global Investment Manager based in London who are seeking a Corporate & People Taxes Specialist to join them on an initial 4-month contract.

During this role, you will shape the tax strategy and drive compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, while providing support on both corporate and people-related (employment and mobility) tax matters. You will also provide advisory support, collaborate with stakeholders to manage tax risks, and steer tax projects across the European business region.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead corporate tax compliance and tax provisioning across multiple entities, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Proven experience supporting strategic expansion initiatives and advising on corporate residency matters.
• Skilled in monitoring and advising on employee mobility, international travel, payroll, and social security implications is highly desirable.
• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant, with an additional tax qualification is strongly preferred.
