Winston ChurchillSheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected, Central London-based B Corp professional services firm to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager.This is a key appointment within a tax team that has experienced exceptional growth - having doubled in size over the past five years. With the recent hire of a Tax Director to support continued expansion, the firm is now seeking a strong Corporate Tax professional to take ownership of a substantial and varied portfolio.This Corporate Tax Manager position offers genuine responsibility and visibility within the firm. You will:

• Manage a substantial and diverse corporate tax portfolio
• Oversee compliance delivery
• Provide advisory input across a range of corporate tax matters
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide technical guidance
• Play a key managerial role within the tax function
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

While compliance forms the bulk of the work, there is clear scope to become more involved in advisory projects as the team continues to grow.About You We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager who:

• Has strong corporate tax compliance expertise
• Is confident managing a portfolio independently
• Enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members
• Brings commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Is looking to join a growing, forward-thinking firm
