We are working with a leading accountancy firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager for its London office.

This is a client-facing role, managing a portfolio of mainly owner-managed businesses, delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work, and supporting Partners on high-profile assignments.

You will work closely with clients, audit teams, and Partners, providing practical, commercially focused tax advice while mentoring and coaching junior staff. This role offers the chance to progress your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and handle complex corporation tax compliance.

Prepare and review tax provisions for statutory accounts.

File corporation tax returns, ATED, and EMI returns, and manage HMRC correspondence.

Advise audit teams and assist Partners with corporate tax advisory matters.

Train, coach, and develop junior staff.

Support ad hoc projects and business development initiatives.

Skills & Expertise

CTA qualified (or working towards) with 5+ years' corporate tax experience, including 2+ years PQE.

Experience managing client portfolios and complex compliance issues.

Strong written/verbal communication, teamworking, and leadership skills.

Computer literate; experience with Alphatax is advantageous (training provided).
