THE ROLE

A corporate tax lawyer to join a partner to assist on supporting corporate transactions.

The work will include handling UK tax matters for a variety of clients including multinationals, entrepreneurs, family offices and HNWs.

This may include:

• Corporate M&A, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, demergers and share buy-backs.
• Advising on tax-efficient structuring of property development and holding arrangements, taking into account SDLT, VAT, Capital Allowances and CGT interactions.
• Tax planning for non-domiciled individuals and internationally mobile employees.
• Employment taxation and share incentive schemes.
• EIS/SEIS.
• Commercial VAT matters.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have 3-6pqe in corporate tax and excellent academics or equivalent skills gained from a top quality tax practice. You will be a self-starter and able to work on matters with minimal supervision.
