As a vital member of the corporate tax team, you will be immersed in a diverse range of work that includes corporate restructuring and demergers, international matters, venture capital tax reliefs, share schemes and valuations, corporate and property acquisitions and disposals, tax sections due diligence reports and more. With clients ranging from sizeable mid range entities to larger international organisations, you will work across a wide range of sectors and engage with a fascinating array of clients.
