1. The successful candidate will join as a Corporate Partner, managing existing clients and developing new client portfolios.
2. The corporate team handles a variety of matters for family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.
3. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience handling their own caseloads, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity, business start-ups, and share options.
