The role

• Handle high-quality private equity and M&A work within a thriving corporate team
• Gain exposure to domestic and international M&A, capital markets, investment acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate structuring
• Work closely with local and national colleagues across an integrated corporate unit
• Support a diverse client base across multiple sectors
• Take on early responsibility while learning from experienced deal leaders
• Hybrid role offering flexibility and balance

You

• Ideally 4+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A
• Personable, confident and commercially minded
• Capable of delivering strong technical work while supporting junior colleagues

• Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
• Ambitious and keen to build a presence in the local business community
