Job Description

One of East Yorkshire's most successful law firms are seeking applications from corporate solicitors based in the region.

Ideally you will be upwards of 3 years pqe and be capable of running some transactions alone. You will work on a full range of corporate work covering M&A, joint ventures, disposals and exits and some banking.

You will also have some business development and marketing responsibilities. Competitive package and swift promotion prospects.
