Corporate Solicitor- 5 years PQE

We're currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 / Top 500 firm based in the Hampshire/Surrey region, seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning Corporate and Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to work on complex, high profile transactions while developing their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

You will be advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including share sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders' agreements, and company option schemes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a strong client base across the financial services and accountancy sectors, providing commercially focused, practical advice on corporate governance and transactional matters.

• Lead or support corporate transactions, including share sales, acquisitions, disposals, and group reorganisations
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, SPAs, disclosure letters, and ancillary agreements
• Prepare and manage shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, and employee share/option schemes
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence, ensuring compliance and smooth transaction delivery
• Provide advice on corporate governance matters and support clients across all stages of deals

• 5+ years PQE in corporate/commercial law
• Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with corporate matters in financial services or accountancy is highly desirable
• Proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative in approach
