Corporate Solicitor

A highly regarded regional law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its established team in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters within a supportive and ambitious team.

You will have exposure to:

• M&A transactions
• Share sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• General corporate advisory work

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years' PQE in Corporate law
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• The ability to manage matters independently
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills

• £55,000-£65,000 salary
