Corporate Solicitor 3+ PQE, c£65,000, Newcastle.

About the Role:

This firm welcomes applicants with at least 3 years PQE experience in corporate finance and practice, gained in either private practice or in-house roles. The role offers a generous remuneration, a productive working environment, an inspiring peer group, and a caring culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for clients, including owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional, finance, and corporate governance documents.
3. Support business development efforts by actively developing and building your own client base.
4. Supervise and develop junior team members and contribute to larger transactional projects.
