Corporate Solicitor - 6+ PQE - London - Salary up to ,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of non contentious corporate matters, working closely with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including mid level corporates, financial institutions, family owned businesses, high net worth individuals, and start ups, providing tailored and commercially focused legal advice.
  • Possess strong technical expertise, with solid experience across a range of corporate matters including private equity and venture capital, fundraising and investment, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and LLPs and partnerships.
  • Take responsibility for managing your own independent caseload, drafting and negotiating heads of terms, asset and share purchase agreements, and disclosure letters/due diligence reports.
  • Draft ancillary documents, oversee transactions through to exchange and completion, and handle all relevant post completion matters to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in business development and the ability to achieve agreed targets, working effectively under pressure and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care are essential.
