Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  Handling M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions

  Advising on corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters

  Managing client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions

  Collaborating with senior partners to drive business growth

  Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be qualified and have experience of corporate law transactions including M&A work, private equity. You'll also need to be confident in advising clients and strong in negotiation and commercial awareness.
