Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years' PQE, Oxford, £55,000 - £85,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a highly reputable team in Oxford. JOB REF: 0102

1. This opportunity is ideal for an individual eager to help drive the business forward and develop their reputation as a leading expert in corporate law.
2. The team advises a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international businesses, handling mid-range deals with ample opportunity for autonomous work.
3. Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years' PQE seeking a new challenge.
4. You will manage a varied corporate caseload and assist senior team members with more complex cases.
5. Demonstrating excellent business acumen, strategic and operational thinking is essential.
6. Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are required.
7. Experience supervising and mentoring junior members is advantageous.
