CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
You will be joining a busy legal team of a leading North West Legal 500 recognised firm with a national and international client base. The team are exposed to high-quality work and running a caseload of complex and varied corporate matters such as Company Restructuring, Joint Ventures and M&A. The firm provide experience and practical advice in relation to all corporate services. You will be working alongside our Corporate Partner to learn, develop and take charge of your own corporate transactions to gain the necessary experience you require to become an experienced Corporate Solicitor. You will be highly driven and proactive in your desire to succeed in this field of law. You will require excellent communication and client care skills and be motivated to get
