Job Description

We're seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Associate to join a leading corporate team in Guildford. You'll advise a diverse client base-from FTSE 100 companies to high-growth ventures-on a broad range of matters including:

  • Mid-market M&A (buy and sell side)
  • Private equity and venture capital deals
  • Corporate restructurings and rationalisations
  • Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
  • General corporate advisory work
  • Cross-border transactions and inward investment
  • Share incentives (in collaboration with employment and tax teams)

You'll be supported by a full-service team including specialists in tax, employment, pensions, real estate, banking, IP, and regulatory law. The team recently closed 30 deals in 30 days with a combined value of nearly £1bn, showcasing its exceptional transactional capability.

The Successful Applicant

We welcome applications from lawyers with 2 4 years' PQE who are:
