Corporate Sales Executive

The BYD corporate sales executive plays an important role within the Snows Stellantis Fleet Hub team, reporting directly to the Stellantis Fleet Manager. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with business customers and accounts of all size, leasing companies and the manufacturer to strategically enhance sales and profitability, fostering sustained growth in the ever evolving automotive market.

Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with large existing customers and leasing companies to understand their unique needs and align our offerings accordingly. Adhering to strict SLA's including quoting, vehicle availability, product information and arranging deliveries.
- Prospecting local businesses to increase sales penetration into the local business market and develop meaningful partnerships in the process.
- Work with manufacturer fleet teams to be introduced to new business accounts and to introduce the manufacturer teams to new opportunities and business customers with a long term view to build meaningful relationships.
- Quoting: This position will require Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) training, as the individual must be able to prepare quotations for vehicles via a variety of purchasing options such as: Outright Purchase, Contract Hire, Finance Lease, PCP and HP.
- Order Management: Handle large volumes of vehicle orders with precision, overseeing the entire sales process from quotation to seamless vehicle delivery. A strong attention to detail will be required.
- Systems: Being able to utilise a multitude of order managements systems, ensuring that they are kept up to date daily to align with service level agreements.
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Corporate Sales Managers, Logistics Teams and Corporate Sales Administrators, Managers and Administrators across the Snows Stellantis Fleet Division to ensure a seamless customer experience for our key accounts.
- Reporting: Working with the Stellantis Fleet Manager, being able to report and forecast effectively on vehicles sold and due to be delivered within a calendar month
- Product Knowledge: The candidate will have an in depth knowledge of all things BYD with technical insight to demonstrate to customers, being able to stay up to date with an ever changing product portfolio to answer all questions asked by key customers.
- Proven experience, ideally within key account management or business to business sales within the automotive industry
- High level of email and telephone communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in order management systems and sales software
- Able to use multiple order management systems.
- A desire to achieve challenging goals and targets.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Valid driving licence
- Proficient use of spreadsheets and order management systems/sales software
- High level of email and telephone communication skills
- Valid driving licence

- Interest in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of vehicle finance and sales process, particularly contract hire
- Knowledge of Stellantis vehicles
- Experience with vehicle sales or leasing.
