Corporate Restructuring Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the restructuring team of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that has recently undergone its own transformation. Our client is seeking talented individuals to contribute to the continued success and expansion of their already high-performing team.

Due to sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Surveyor within their Restructuring division.

This company is a market leader in real estate valuation and advisory services, supporting investment and transactional decisions. They deliver in-depth research and valuation insights to help clients assess the value of their real estate assets.

Their services span a wide range of client needs, including financing, purchase price allocations (M&A support), financial reporting, and due diligence. The portfolio of properties is both diverse and engaging.

Key Requirements:

• RICS qualified Surveyor with approximately 1-2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
