This role is based on-site in Dublin, Ireland and is a full-time position on the Amazon account for the Integrated Facility Management business line.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of internal and external visitor experiences, delivering core front-of-house services including sign-in, badging, luggage management, and lost and found.
  • Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public while receiving and relaying telephone, email, and other queries.
  • Maintain awareness of onsite events to personalize visitor experiences and uphold presentation standards across front-of-house and meeting areas.
  • Perform physical setup of meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and Environment, Health & Safety considerations while monitoring room environments for furniture, equipment, and consumables.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint booking systems for meeting and event spaces.
  • Coordinate daily with security and janitorial teams on meetings and events while providing timely, accurate responses to enquiries.
  • Support space audits, walk-the-store processes, and other facilities services including trouble tickets, mail services, and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in reception, concierge, or related field with excellent people skills for interacting with diverse client staff.
  • Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English and local language with strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
  • Very high attention to detail with outstanding customer service skills and confidence communicating at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and serve as a team ambassador.
  • Excellent team player with commitment to going above and beyond for colleagues.
  • High awareness of local area services including shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous catering or hospitality experience.
  • Facilities Management exposure.
  • Experience with meeting room booking systems and event coordination.
  • Knowledge of corporate security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Experience supporting administrative tasks and customer service in corporate environments.
