Corporate Partner - Leicester - £100,000-£150,000 The Role

A growing regional law firm in Leicester is looking for an experienced Corporate Partner to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate lawyer to take on a senior role with genuine involvement in growing the team, developing client relationships and expanding the firm's corporate practice.

You will:

• Handle a varied caseload of corporate transactions, including M&A, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.

• Advise business owners, management teams and corporate clients on a range of complex corporate matters.

• Lead and manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

• Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Help grow and shape the corporate team.

• Mentor and support junior lawyers.

• Play an active role in the strategic development of the firm's corporate offering.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor/Partner with:

• Strong technical corporate law experience.

• Significant experience across M&A and corporate transactional work.

• Excellent client and communication skills.

• A commercial and proactive approach.

• Proven business development and networking experience.
