Corporate Partner - M&A Focus for Major Firm Based in Belfast

One of the most forward-thinking and innovative law firms within the NI legal market is currently seeking an experienced and like-minded Partner (or aspiring Partner) to join the expanding team of their Belfast Office.

This firm has continually grown over the past few years and now holds a prominent position within the local and national market. Based in Belfast, you will help to expand and lead a department that has access to a range of highly regarded and prestigious corporate clients.

You should have strong experience in all areas of corporate law, commercial law (including IT/IP/Tech), and corporate finance. Demonstrable experience working within a busy and dynamic environment is essential. It would be advantageous if you have experience in PE, VC, and related matters.
