My client is a fast-paced global media company who are looking to appoint a Corporate Paralegal to join their legal team.

This is a newly created role where you will manage your own workstreams, which will predominantly involve entity management (UK, US, Singapore and Australia), as well as traditional corporate paralegal duties such as board minutes, administrative tasks, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong, experienced paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Must have a solid grasp of UK corporate governance and a working understanding of US structures.
• Understanding how US entities operate is essential to this role.
• Dynamic, pragmatic, excellent communication.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
